Not only that you need to have at least 8 characters for your user name (which I cannot remember as I have to use a non-standard one), but you need to remember the user name and your e-mailaddress in order to use the lost password function. I do know my password, simply can’t remember the user name. The only help they offered me, is some expensive pay per minute phone number which I cannot call from Switzerland. IDIOTS
