judges have read “Free Culture”

For the uninformed (yes you Almut :>): Lexmark, a printer manufacturer, wanted to use the DMCA act to protect their printer cartridges(sp?), effectively copyrighting them like a software program. They got turned down in court. And what says Groklaw’d Pamela Jones: “I want you please to notice that one of the judges in this case quoted from Larry Lessig’s “Free Culture.”
Yay, I’ve read Free culture as well. Am I famous now?:>> Nahhm it’s a good book though, and I am glad that people like judges read and understand it.
